Extemporaneity

My friend used to hold jam sessions in a gutted, empty house his parents had bought. They were planning to remodel it and move there, but it sat empty for a long time. We'd haul our instruments over there and basically improvise, creating strange little songs. Occasionally, we'd freestyle rap during all this, and this song is based on one of these freestyling sessions.

Chaos and Collapse

This charming little piece of music was created for a film titled Estranged that I never finished. It is arguably my fastest song to date.

This is a song from my film The Juicehead Galaxy Lounge.

Zither

This song was performed entirely on keyboards, which would explain why the timing is off (I'm a guitar player, you see). It's an old song, pre-Dreamer's Paradox, and was mostly just an experiment to see how well I could rock the keyboards. Turns out the answer is "not very well."

Psychoacoustic Circus

Psychoacoustic Circus is an ongoing collection of random songs. These are songs, or pieces of songs, that I've created for various purposes - they may be soundtracks for my films, experimental pieces, alternate versions of songs from my albums, improvised performances, or anything in between. They'll be very different from one another. Some will be short, some will be old, some will be coherent songs, and some will be completely insane. This project is like a sketchbook for music.

You'll be able to both stream the songs in your browser and download them, whichever you prefer. Just right click the player and go to "download this song." Enjoy, and leave me some comments!
